1-to-1 Exchange Policy

Little Zebra offers a one year 1-to-1 exchange on all latex pillows, ensuring quality and satisfaction. If you experience any manufacturing defects within one year of purchase, we will exchange your pillow for a new one.

Conditions for Exchange

Product must be within one year of purchase date
Original receipt or proof of purchase required
Defect must be manufacturing-related (not due to misuse or normal wear)
Product should not have been altered or damaged by the customer

Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we generally do not offer refunds on pillows and mattresses that have been used. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
